The Lincoln Park Conservancy depends heavily on volunteers to beautify the park and keep our natural areas healthy. We are pleased to offer multiple options for getting your hands dirty with us:

North Pond Gardeners meet every other Saturday morning in the spring, summer and fall. Over the weeks, volunteers will learn how to sew native seed, plant new wildflowers and grasses, remove invasive species, prune and mulch trees and shrubs, and collect seed heads from prairies and woodlands. We will kick off 2022 with our Earth Day Event on April 23rd. Spring workdays include May 7th and 21st, June 4th and 18th.

Litter Patrol volunteers meet multiple times a week in various locations throughout the park to help clean up trash. We welcome individuals and groups to participate. Upcoming Litter Patrol workdays will be emailed, so be sure to subscribe here!

We are always recruiting Corporate Group Volunteers. Projects can be tailored to your group’s needs and availability. What could be better that strengthening your team while beautifying the Park?

To stay up to date on all gardening opportunities, please subscribe to the gardeners email.

If you have any questions, please contact our Stewardship Manager, Carissa Hudson: chudson@lincolnparkconservancy.org

We look forward to working with you in Lincoln Park this season!
