16 Apr Spring Show at Lincoln Park Conservatory
The Conservatory’s spring show, Pretty in Pink, is in full swing. As happens every year, the early flowers have finished blooming and new varieties of flowers are coming forward to show off. The tulips and hyacinths have been replaced by daffodils and azaleas as we move into April. The Show House is filling with breathtaking color and scent!
After a month of the Conservatory being open on weekends, we are overwhelmed by the love and support of the community. Conservancy staff have enjoyed wonderful conversations with visitors and neighbors telling us how much they love and have missed the Conservatory. Prior to COVID, many people were in the habit of visiting on a weekly – or even daily – basis!
To get your tickets, visit the Conservancy’s Eventbrite page. We release tickets on Friday mornings and have repeatedly sold out within hours. Because of the demand for tickets, if you have tickets you cannot use, please cancel the ticket on Eventbrite so we can offer it to someone else. We provide some slots each day for walk-up visitors and accommodate walk-ups whenever we can. While we must limit visitor numbers to ensure compliance with COVID policies, we look forward to expanding hours and capacity numbers as the year progresses.
It is wonderful to have visitors strolling through our collection once again. We hope to see you in the Conservatory soon!
